Ramer’s Wood Co-operative is a community of apartments and townhouses for families. It is close to shopping, schools and public transit.

Amenities

WHAT IS A CO-OP?

About Co-ops

There are many kinds of co-operatives: food co-ops, co-op daycares, credit unions, retail co-ops, worker co-ops and housing co-ops. Any group of people can form a co-operative. The members own the co-operative and the co-operative provides a service they need.

Application Process

As a co-operative we rely heavily on member involvement for the many functions it takes to keep us operational. Each member is expected to contribute a minimum of two (2) hours of volunteer work per month towards the upkeep of the co-operative.

Floor Plans & Rates

Ramers Wood Co-operative Homes offers our members both townhouses and apartment units. Our members pay their housing charges on a monthly basis. Please click below to view our various unit floor plans and review our current housing charges.
